The Graphic Visioning process dramatically increases the effectiveness and productivity of groups by using illustrative activities to communicate strategies, assist collaborative planning, capture big-picture thinking and clarify future visions.

Setting and Programme Design
Activities facilitators collaborate with team members in both guiding and recording the dialogue and strategic planning of the group. This process takes place in-house or in retreat settings, often following the Team Development Program and the New Leadership Integration program. Graphic visioning programs are presented in 1/2 day to 4 day designs throughout Ireland and abroad.
The collaborative product includes documentation of key planning in a step-by-step procedure that leads to a well-defined visual product. Through a teaming dialogue process that emerges from cooperation and focus, the mix of team history, mission, goals, values, challenges and future visions are captured in a dynamic, fun, high energy environment.
